The Annual General Meeting of PMU brings together representatives of the 51 Horseracing Associations who are members of the Economic Interest Group. The latter are the horseracing associations which have organized at least one racing meeting with national off track betting according to the terms set by the article 5 of the law of June 2nd, 1891.

The Annual General Meeting of PMU approves the accounts and reaches a decision on the provisional budget of PMU.

The Annual General Meeting aslo nominates PMU’s Chairman and CEO every four years, and on the proposal of the latter, the Managing Director. These nominations must be approved by the Agriculture and Budget Departments.
